The room was clean and simple. It had plenty of storage and not much spare space. The shower room/ toilets where clean and functional. Good location and value for money, ideal if all you want is a space to sleep and rest when visiting the town. Staff was very helpful and allowed me to leave the car parked there for a few extra hours after checking out, so we could walk to town to spend the day.

Definitely on the up. Improved a lot since stay in November Inc new bathroom. Free parking in Oxford very valuable. Great for the restaurants and music venues.

I didn't personally stay in the room but my friend did which they said it matched all their expectations and they had no problem of fuss about the room. The owner contacted me around midnight to make sure my friend was there which is beyond the normal expectation.

The Manager Im assuming the person who took my documentation was the Manager there was not introduction was friendly attentive and willing to solve any inconvenience sadly the interior of the building was poorly maintained access to reception was not available. Fortunately the Manager reserved a room which had its own bathroom I had to walk to another building found the address. The room was poorly maintained the bed was comfortable I really dislike leaving bad reviews but I must say the manager was a nice person the location was ok I imagine most people will find is a good location ! The door handle come off well I imagine we get what we pay but I have experienced better places with the same amount of money. Needs some serous investment to create a much better accommodation

Convenient for town, clean, friendly and helpful staff, bed comfortable, plenty of tea and coffee making stuff, parking space available which otherwise would have caused a problem as there is limited parking elsewhere

Location of the property was near from the town and most of the museum and other attractions are within 30 minutes walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. All 4 rooms I got had attached toilet/shower with hot/cold water facility. Toilets in the room were clean enough. Shower gel/shampoo/toilet tissue were provided, Clean beddings and towels were provided Tea bags/ coffee sachets/ sugar/ milk and some biscuits were provided in each room with some tea cups and electric kettle, however in one room the plug for kettle was missing. We only used the kettle in first floor front room. The lady whom I met in the beginning, who showed us around, she was nice, her English wasnt great but we managed to understand each other.

10 mins bus ride to city centre, good price, easy check in, large room, comfortable bed, secure and quiet, great value for money. Don't expect luxury for a low price it's just a normal 2 start. If they renovate, the price would definitely double as it's a lovely building.
